Transparent Virtuous and Accountable in the use of all God’s resources, providing machineries for checks and balances and for being cost effective.
EQUAL PARTICIPATION:
Respect the equality of all God’s people in all their differences and diversities and welcome the participation of all persons of whatever gender, ethnicity, nationality, or race as members of the Council. Respect also people’s opinion, separate and individual opinions of our members and Member-Churches.

This is the highest Organ/Legislative Body governing the Council. It is composed of official representatives of the member Churches known as delegates
This consist of denominational Leaders who must be Nigerian Citizens
This is the Council’s forum for formulating policies in keeping with the aims and objectives of the Council.
The Committee is constituted of the following;
This consist of the Councils elected officers and the denominational Heads/Leaders who shall attend the meeting in person and not by proxy.
This is set-up for the convenience of operation and getting participation at the grass root.
The Country is divided into six convenient geographical areas for this purpose, namely:
